Clean Surface Pressure Washing just completed my patio last week. Steve did an outstanding job. I had a serious pigeon problem on my patio that resulted in pigeon waste on my patio’s stucco wall, wood awning, and Saltillo tile. It was a mess, but Steve’s work far exceeded my expectations. He even came out on a nasty rainy day to get the job done. I was blown away at the results. I didn't think it was possible, particularly where the waste appeared to have stained the white stucco, but all traces of the waste were gone after the washing. I’ve already recommended Clean Surface to a family member, and I won’t hesitate to use this business again in the future.

THIS GUY IS THE BEST !!!! I had a really big oil spill on my slanted drive way Sunday evening (very bad spill) and my house is in a hoa area so I was very scared that I wasn’t going to be able to get the stains out so right away I called Steve and he answered instantly even with it being 6 o’clock on a Sunday . He assured me that I would be the first costumer of the day next day because I was so nervous of the spill . Over night I couldn’t stop thinking of the spill because it was so bad and Steve again assured me that I would have the best looking driveway on the block and after he was done I really do!!! He showed up and got straight to it and he did not disappoint!!! He did such a great job and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. . He’s a very genuine guy that will have your back !!! Again thank you Steve for answering so quick on a Sunday evening and saving my butt from Hoa fines . VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY.

I sent an online quote inquiry Sunday evening, got a call back within 5 minutes followed by the estimate minutes later. By noon Monday they finished my driveway, oil stain removed drive looking new again. Nice owner and crew, no issues and highly recommend.

Did an amazing job on my driveway, trash cans and sidewalk. A lot of businesses talk about standing by their work but Clean Surface actually does it! I had an old oil stain on my driveway. They came out and cleaned the driveway, but it was raining on and off so he wasn’t sure if he got it. Said if it came back he would come back out. A few days later a light shadow of the stain came back. He came back out at no charge and made my driveway look like it was freshly poured. If you need any pressure washing work, you want to choose these guys!
Steve pressure washed my driveway to remove heavy black tire marks. He called to inform me when he was coming and answered all my questions. He arrived right on time, did a fantastic job quicker than I expected. He pays great attention to detail and was thorough - even did my sidewalks without asking! Called in and spoke with Steve. First off I called many places and they weren't near as informative and professional as Steve was! This crew did a amazing job on my driveway that has very thick diesel oil stains and cleared it to make it not even noticeable! I rarely ever leave reviews but Steve and his crew deserved this credit for the job they did. Most definitely recommend this company for any cleaning that may need to be done at any time or on short notice. Most deserved 5 stars and will use many more times!

Both customer service and quality of service are excellent! Steve is quick to respond and both friendly as well as easy to work with. He did an excellent job ensuring that everything I wanted done was done to my liking before wrapping up and consulted me before doing any work that could comprise the surface he was working on. I also felt very comfortable, as a woman who lives alone, that is important to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a terrible Incident with a spill on the driveway. Long story short multiple fluids on the drive way I thought to stain forever and a mess I wasn’t sure I could get rid of. Had a great experience with Steve pressure washing our backyard turf and concrete patio! Great communication beforehand; quick, easy, and detailed quote process; came out on-time, when he said he would; was friendly and easy to work with; and did a great job. Our job was a bit difficult because the backyard lacked proper drainage and water pooled in poorly designed places, but he was still able to make it work. We'll be repeat customers if we ever need pressure washing services again.

Our store front has never looked as clean as it has since we started our service with Clean Surface Pressure Washing. We have them come out once a month and maintain our store front and windows. 5 stars!
Steve arrived on time, explained the process and the steps of how he would do his concrete cleaning. He helped removed the items I have to clear the garage before his operation and also put them back. He used both biodegradable chemicals - so it is safe with the environment, and steam to break the stains on the garage floor. He is honest enough that some glue stains on the floor may not be completely removed since this has penetrated the concrete. The cleaned floor looked as newly placed concrete, the oil stains were gone and looked brighter gray. As an assurance, he guarantees his work by paying nothing if you are not happy with the results. He also cleaned up the rest of the driveway afterwards. The only recommendation I would give is that he should also cleanup the minor debris that went to the street as a result of the debris swept from the driveway and the garage! Overall it is an outstanding work. Thanks Steve !

Clean surface pressure wash did my driveway about a week ago. Concrete was in good shape but grimy after 35 years of exposure and use. This is an owner operated business, Steve actually answered the phone and scheduled me and did the work himself, showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it I was very pleased with the results. I recommended him to a couple of neighbors, one of which he is doing this morning as I’m leaving this review I’m sure she will be just as satisfied. Good guy, personable, organized and efficient.

My husbands vehicle was leaking fluid & being the procrastinators that we are, didn’t get it taken care of until our HOA fined us sooo we needed to get it done. Steve came recommended by another neighbor that used him & he was the only company that responded in a timely manner. It took me a few days to get back to him but he wasn’t pushy in my response which I appreciated a lot. As soon as Steve came, he got to work & worked HARD. The stains in our driveway were pretty deep but he was able to successfully get them out & make our driveway looking brand new. Highly recommend Steve & his company if you ever get fined by your HOA for having a dirty driveway.
