Calculator results are preliminary estimates, not binding contracts. Surface condition, measurements, stains, access, water availability, safety needs, and final scope must be confirmed before work begins.
AI project plans and photo guidance
AI-generated project plans and photo-based observations are preliminary guidance only. They may be incomplete or incorrect and are not a diagnosis, guarantee, final inspection, final price, or confirmed appointment. A Clean Surface representative must confirm the surface, condition, safety requirements, scope, treatment, and expectations.
Special offers
Offers are subject to stated eligibility, availability, service area, surface condition, and scheduling. Specialty treatment and additional scope may cost extra.
Results and existing conditions
Cleaning results vary. Deep stains, oxidation, deterioration, coatings, prior damage, and absorbed contaminants may remain visible. We do not promise removal beyond what is reasonably achievable for the surface.
