Information we collect
When you build a project plan or request an estimate, we collect the information you provide, such as your project description, optional project photos, name, phone number, email address, service address, selected service, and estimate details. We may also receive basic advertising attribution information, such as campaign tags and ad click identifiers.
AI-assisted project planning and photos
If you use the AI property workspace, your project description, selected project details, and any photos you choose to add may be processed by an AI technology provider to generate a preliminary service recommendation. AI and photo-based guidance can be incomplete or incorrect and does not replace an on-site review. Photos are compressed for analysis and are not attached to the lead email sent from the workspace. Do not upload faces, license plates, documents, or unrelated personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and follow up on your estimate, provide requested services, measure advertising performance, prevent misuse, and improve our customer experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact preferences
If you submit a request, Clean Surface Pressure Washing may contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Service providers and retention
We may use service providers for AI-assisted planning, forms, email notifications, website hosting, analytics, and advertising measurement. We retain information only as reasonably needed for these business purposes and legal obligations.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and server-side measurement to measure page visits, completed estimate requests, and clicks on phone links. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call connected. Our Google Analytics and Meta completed-estimate events exclude the contact details entered in the form. For Google Ads enhanced conversions, we may share information you provide directly to us with Google to measure which ads lead to saved estimate requests. Names, phone numbers, and optional email addresses are normalized and converted into one-way SHA-256 hashes in your browser before being shared, alongside your service ZIP code and country. This mapping is omitted when an explicit advertising-data consent denial or a supported browser privacy signal is detected.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us. Advertising and analytics controls may also be available through your browser or device.
